LINK stands for: Leaning, internships, of new knowledge. LINK provides leaning opportunities and internships to help individuals acquire new knowledge and skills. Such a program is aim to help individuals build their professional network, gain practical experience, and develop new competencies that are relevant to their chosen career paths.

COMPUTER & ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING INTERNSHIP
During my internship at Fort Lewis College, I had the opportunity to work under the guidance of Professor Yiyan Li, who is a highly respected expert in the field of electrical engineering. Under his guidance, I was exposed to a range of fundamental concepts such as number systems, Boolean algebra, logic operations, and electrical circuits.
As a part of the internship, I also learned how to program basic codes in the C language using the Arduino program, which is widely used in the field of electrical engineering. This hands-on training allowed me to apply the theoretical knowledge I had acquired and program blinking LED lights. This experience was particularly useful in understanding the practical application of the theoretical concepts I had learned.
For the Last week, me and one of my school colleague work on a 'Timer', this timer was based on the skillsets and projects we did in the prior two weeks. The timer was consist of 4 digit SSD display, buzzer, jumping cables, resistors and Arduino UNO boards.
Overall, my internship at Fort Lewis College was a valuable experience that allowed me to gain theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of electrical engineering. It also helped me develop patience in high-stress situations and overcome challenges. Working under the guidance of Professor Li allowed me to learn from a highly experienced and knowledgeable expert in the field. I believe that this experience has prepared me well for future academic and professional pursuits in electrical engineering.
Next Year:
For my next year of high school, I will continue my education by taking some college courses while attending high school classes. For example, calculus, computer engineering and engineering. This will allow me to expand my knowledge and develop a strong academic foundation about engineering.
Moving forward, in academically I will aim for stay at all A's, pushing myself to achieve the highest levels of academic success.
I will diligently work on my college applications and I will also explore college classes that can provide me with a solid foundation in the engineering field, which is an area of interest to me.
